1 This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for this Project that appeared on SMEDI website, and PPDA website.
2 Small and Medium Enterprises Development Institute (SMEDI), with support from Government of Malawi through the Public Sector Investment Program (PSIP) has set aside funds for the cost of Infrastructure Development, Construction of Training Facility, 2No. Factory Shells, Grand Entrance Showroom and Fence, Hostel Block, Greenhouses and ALL associated external works at Enterprise Development Institute (EDC) Campus in Mponela, Dowa District. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this funding will be applied to eligible payments under the contract number SMETRANS/SMEDI/02/02/23
